At Kirby Place, we welcome two pets per apartment home. Each pet must weigh under 50 pounds fully grown. Any pet residing in the apartment home for any length of time requires applicable non-refundable fees, refundable deposits and monthly pet rent be paid. Aggressive breeds are prohibited.
